The ask

A love of pizza and a dynamic personality led Mal to open up a series of mobile pizza buses in the London area. This unique "food truck" stood out on it's own merit. The task was to ensure that the branding reflected both the uniqueness of the restaurant, and also the personality of the man who runs, works, and plays there.

The execution

The branding should be instantly recognizable. Even when not in the presence of the restaurant it should evoke the restaurant setting and the good vibes had there.

Paying homage to the bus, a predominant yellow was used and was coupled with a script font for the logo to add an approachable feel. Simple graphics and copy, with a strong focus on the upbeat colour scheme carried the brand and delivered on the reflection of the restaurant and its owner.
